Williams Capital Advisors periodically represents financial sponsors (traditional portfolio managers and hedge funds) on mandates to analyze specific companies or securities. Typically, we are retained to review and value either:

• A pending IPO where we have relevant domain expertise (e.g., a new China or India listing on NASDAQ) and a significant spread between pricing and actual trading levels is probable, or
• A specific class of securities where a high degree of uncertainty exists as a result of structural features (in the case of US hybrid/ derivative instruments) or unique legal/ ownership structures (in markets where regulatory considerations require establishment of inter-related companies with differing domiciles and functions).

Sponsor Funding / LP Introductions

Leveraging our relationships with endowments, pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and foundations, we periodically introduce quality fund managers to prospective Limited Partner candidates in the U.S., Asia and Europe.
